Lawton’s Cove Cottages, on beautiful Doe Lake in the Almaguin Highlands, consists of six fully equipped housekeeping cottages offering 2 and 3 bedrooms located on two acres with stunning waterfront. The cottages each have a front porch affording an excellent view of the beachfront and lake. Our beautiful sand beach is very shallow with a hard sand bottom, ideally suited for small children. We also offer a swim raft, in water volleyball net, a pedal boat and a canoe free for guests.

Doe Lake is noted for its excellent fishing. Those who come here to fish on a regular basis have been extremely successful. In the spring and fall the walleye and northern pike fishing is particularly good. and in those months we offer cottage packages which include a boat and motor. For the successful fishermen, a fish cleaning hut is provided so you can prepare you evening dinner with ease.
