Almaguin Community Bus Survey
The lack of reliable and affordable transportation options in Almaguin has been identified as a major barrier to many residents. As of 2022, the Burk's Falls Community Link Bus was officially withdrawn from duty as it reached the end of its useful life.
Since February of 2023, several Almaguin Municipal Councils, in partnership with Almaguin Community Economic Development, have been investigating the possibility of creating a regional partnership model for bussing throughout the Almaguin.
The following survey will help the community bus working group better understand the needs of community members throughout the region, which, in-turn will help to inform the group as they examine opportunities.
